LetTheGirls.BeGirl’s provides free shipping on all orders. USPS is used to ship the orders. 

Do you ship internationally?

LetTheGirls.BeGirl’s Does NOT ship internationally as of February 1st 2025. We hope to provide this service in 2026 and beyond. 

I received confirmation that my package arrived and it isn’t here. What should I do?

First contact your local USPS post office. If they are unable to locate your package. I will do my own investigation. If your package is still not retrieved. We can Negotiate either a refund or creating another doll. 

Will I receive a Tracking Number?

Yes. All orders made through LetTheGirls.BeGirl’s will receive a USPS Tracking Number in an email when your order has been shipped. 

Return Policy + Refund

All items Sold Through LetTheGirls.BeGirl’s is non refundable (Unless lost or damaged during the shipping process).

If you’re no longer interested in your friend. Please contact the owner if you’re willing to donate your friend to be sold at a discounted price to a new Girl in need of a friend. * All dolls donated back to LTG.BG’s will be exchanged for… (contact owner for details).

The Doll Donation Program is to provide Doll Friends to those who may be unable to afford a custom doll. While it is fun to create, not all friends are perfectly curated. Most are found.
